AVRSP branch by BKK

As a small tribute to ChaN I make my modifications
of his wonderful avrsp program public.

If you don't know what avrsp is, visit his site: Simple AVR Programmers

But Chan has also other stuff of interest.

And here is my modified version of his avrsp program: AVRSP 0.45 branch by BKK.
As a first release candidate here is my version of V0.46c: AVRSP 0.46c branch by BKK.

What's changed compared to the original version:

For all:

Enhanced EEPROM programming
Compiles on Windows with freeware Borland 'C' compiler
Compiles on Windows with freeware Pelles 'C' compiler
Compiles on Linux (you need to be root for execution)

For parallel port users:

You can use PCI LPT cards which are not recognized as LPTx
No need to install giveio.sys
You can use it with Linux now
You can use it with an embedded CPU / Linux (AT91RM9200 an ARM 9 CPU)
